Rubber sheets, widely used as sealing and shock-absorbing materials in industrial and civil fields, feature excellent elasticity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. They are available in a variety of specifications: common thicknesses include 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, and 10mm to meet different strength requirements (2mm-3mm for light-duty shock absorption/sealing, 5mm-10mm for heavy machinery buffering and floor laying). Standard widths of 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, and 2m facilitate cutting and installation, optimizing material utilization.
In terms of functionality, rubber sheets are mainly categorized into insulating rubber sheets and industrial rubber sheets. Insulating rubber sheets, processed with special formulations, offer superior electrical insulation performance, widely applied in power distribution rooms, laboratories, and other (places) with high insulation safety requirements. Industrial rubber sheets, focusing on mechanical properties, are suitable for industrial scenarios like pipeline sealing, equipment gaskets, and conveyor belts. They can be customized with special properties such as acid/alkali resistance or high-temperature resistance to effectively extend equipment service life.
