




Introduction to the Large Inclination Conveyor Belt
- Structural Composition: It is mainly composed of the base belt, the side baffle, and the cross diaphragm. The base belt is the basic part for carrying materials, usually made of the same material as ordinary conveyor belts. The side baffle is in a corrugated shape and is located on both sides of the base belt to prevent the materials from slipping and scattering. The cross diaphragm is horizontally installed between the two wave-shaped side baffles and is used to support the materials. Together with the side baffle and the base belt, it forms a "gate" container to achieve the large inclination conveying.
- Working Principle: It relies on the power provided by the driving device to make the driving drum rotate, and drives the conveyor belt to run through the friction between the conveyor belt and the driving drum. During the conveying process, the "gate" container formed by the wave-shaped side baffle and the cross diaphragm encloses the materials, enabling the materials to be lifted and conveyed along with the movement of the conveyor belt, thus realizing the large inclination conveying, even vertical conveying of materials.
