Introduction to ZQ Gear Reducer
ZQ gear reducer is a soft-tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer mainly used in industries such as hoisting, mining, general chemical engineering, textiles, and light industry. Below is its brief introduction:
- Operating Conditions
- Circumferential speed of gear transmission: ≤10 m/s
- High-speed shaft speed: ≤1500 r/min
- Suitable for forward and reverse operation
- Working environment temperature: -40°C to +40°C
- Structural Features
- Two-stage transmission
- Nine assembly types available
- Input shaft extension: conical
- Output shaft types: cylindrical (Type Z), gear type (Type CA/C), and Oldham coupling (cross slider) type (Type F)
- Transmission Ratios
Nine transmission ratios: 48.57, 40.17, 31.5, 23.34, 20.49, 15.75, 12.64, 10.35, 8.23
- Derivative Types
- ZQH Type: Based on ZQ type, replaces involute cylindrical gears with double-arc cylindrical gears. It has the same external dimensions and load capacity as ZQ type but offers longer service life, higher load capacity, greater strength, and less tooth surface wear.
- ZQD Type: Large transmission ratio reducer, formed by adding one gear stage to the ZQ reducer to achieve a larger transmission ratio.
